Page 1 of 2 Clear, Simple and Fair! - Our General Terms and ConditionsNo small print in legal language - but clear and understandable rules of the game for both sides - these are our Terms and Conditions:01 Your rights : All rights for pictures, sound and text material, as well as all source code provided by us, go over to you after the completion of a project and payment of the final invoice. 02 Secrecy: A strict secrecy code about all business processes applies between you and us. For every case of contravention, the parties commit themselves to pay a contractual penalty in the amount of thrice the order value. Should you have your own secrecy rules or NDA which you would like to apply (or on account of contractual duties have to apply ), just send them over. We usually have no problem agreeing to more comprehensive secrecy rules. (By the way: we also work for contractors of the US Ministry of Defense and, hence, are accustomed to a strict secrecy code and NDA.) 03 Our servers: Unless otherwise agreed, we develop all sites on our own servers. This way we have control on all parameters, avoid delays and allow you to follow the progress of the project live. After you have confirmed the project and have paid the final invoice, the data will be transferred to your target server. 04 Deadlines: We strictly keep to our delivery dates. Provided that a completion date was agreed on for a project, we commit ourselves voluntarily to a 5% price reduction for delayed delivery. 05 Timeframes: A midnight deadline is no good to anyone. Hence applies: provided that a deadline is agreed on a specific calendar day, it will expire at 8:00 AM local time (due to the time difference). This way, we can still work on any changes overnight so you can present the result to your client the next morning. 06 Budgets: Provided that we start a project for an agreed-upon price, we are bound to remain within the scope of the budget. Nevertheless, often your clients wishes and demands change in the course of a project. As a rule, we do such changes without add-on costs. Should a project threaten to fall out of budget, we recognize it early and contact you immediately. In this case, we look for a solution together that comes economically closest to the original project plan. |
