You design it--we cut it!

As you develop your web design, we recommend you use a grid tool like 960.gs; however, this not mandatory.

If your design is finished or in an advanced stage, make a screenshot (JPG) of it and write a short "specifications" document with your wishes and ideas. You can send all specifications, as well as screenshots, to us through our order form and receive a quote or submit the project.

Project submission: a short talk is essential...

Before the order is submitted, we recommend having a conversation. As soon as we have your information, one of our project managers will take a look at the plan and contact you. A short telephone call will allow us to answer any questions and allow you to explain any specifics.

We want to make sure that we have an exact understanding of what we need to do. Of course, if you have questions about functionality or technical possibilities during the development of your design, you can turn to one of our project managers at any time. After the initial conversation, we will confirm the final price of the project by e-mail and confirm your order.

Are we ready to go?

Once you complete the final touches, send us the latest version of your design. After the last layer is set, send us the Photoshop file, make a deposit according to your plan for the order, and we are ready to go.

Our project manager checks if all information is complete (if there is something missing, we will briefly contact you) and gives the project to one of our HTML cutters. At the same time, the project is created in our system and added to your customer account. From there, you will be informed of every status update for the project via email.

Through your customer account, you will be able to see the state of every project at any time. If your type of account allows it, you will be able to follow it on our live server and even show the progress to your customer at any time.

You can also spend your time in more useful ways: go to the movies, to the park, finally take a few days off, or look after your business--we will work reliably even if you are not constantly checking on us. ;-)

The last look--the final tweaks.

After the project is finished, our project manager will sit down with you and discuss the overall project to ensure it is ready to go. By that time, our TQM team will have the web site extensively checked, going over all items on the checklist.

Among other things, we check for SEO suitability, W3C Validation, data compression, spam protection, broken links, missing files, and overall completion. Of course, we test the site on different browsers and operating systems, and you'll receive about a dozen screenshots of how your site looks for other users.

... And your web project is done!

Now that your web project is finished, you will receive the closing statement. We will send the whole web site to you as a ZIP file immediately after the final payment is received. If requested, we will install the project for an all-inclusive price of 80USD on the destination server of your choice.
